Japanese stir-fry with prawns and peach

Yes, yes, time for another post. The recipe of today is an easy, healthy and quick dinner recipe. It combines the best of the prawns with the sweetness of the peach. Enjoy!


Japanese stir-fry with gambas and peach
Serves 4

Preparation: 5 min
Baking: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 250 g egg noodles
  • 300 g prawns (freezer)
  • 6 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 250 g peach, in pieces (fresh or canned)
  • 800 g Japanese vegetable mix
  • 30 g cashews or peanuts
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder

Methods

  1. Cook the egg noodles done
  2. Heat up some oil in a big pan and bake the prawns shortly
  3. Add the chili sauce and peach and bake some more
  4. Meanwhile, heat up oil in another pan and bake the vegtables, ginger and red pepper for 4 min
  5. Slice up the nuts
  6. Mix the vegetables with the prawn mixture
  7. Serve with the noodles and sprinkle with the nuts
