Cream cheese roll ups with cinnamon

Hello everybody,

So, I wanted to post something else this time, so I decide to post a breakfast recipe. I got this recipe from Lil’luna. I made this recipe a few weeks ago with my boyfriend on a slow Sunday morning. It was a real treat! And…. you can vary as much as you want with this recipe ;). Try it sometime with cream cheese and strawberries or nutella and banana or….. just be creative!

Cream cheese roll ups with cinnamon

Serves 4-5

Preparation: 10 min
Baking: 15-20 min

ø baking tray


  • 1 loaf of white breat, in slices
  • 200 gram (3/4 cup) cream cheese
  • 62 gram (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
  • 150 gram (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 1 tb cinnamon
  • 120 gram (1/2 cup) butter, melted


  1. Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 F)
  2. Cut the crust of the bread slices
  3. With a rolling pin, flatten the slices
  4. Combine the creame cheese with the powdered sugar in a bowl and stir until blended
  5. Combine the sugar and the cinnamon in a deep plate
  6. Spread around 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread and roll op
  7. With a brush, brush the outside of the roll ups with the melted butter and dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture
  8. Place the roll ups on an baking tray
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
